Job summary

Amazing ProCare is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist Aged Care and NDIS clients in Maitland, Hunter Valley and surrounding areas. You will support clients at home and in the community, helping with daily living and social activities.

Ideal candidates have a driver's licence, a reliable insured vehicle, and willingness to undergo checks. A Cert 3 in Disability and Aged Care is an advantage; flexible hours may suit family commitments.

Qualifications

• Driver's Licence and a reliable, fully insured vehicle.
• Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to apply for one.
• Certificate III in Disability and Aged Care is an advantage.
• Community Access, Personal Care and Domestic Assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support Aged Care and NDIS clients at home and in the community.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and community participation.
• Adapt to clients' needs and promote independence.
