Healthcare Australia in Adelaide is seeking experienced Aged Care Workers, PCAs and AINs for flexible casual agency shifts across Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months paid experience in aged care, healthcare or residential care.
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Vaccination and serology evidence up-to-date.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability for day, afternoon and/or night shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Support mobility and manual handling.
• Assist with mealtime and feeding.
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Support safe, high-quality aged care outcomes.
