Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months paid experience in aged care, healthcare or residential care.
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Vaccination and serology evidence up-to-date.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability for day, afternoon and/or night shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Support mobility and manual handling.
• Assist with mealtime and feeding.
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns.

About the Role

As an Aged Care Worker, PCA or AIN, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents while working across a variety of aged care facilities throughout Adelaide.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Mobility support and manual handling
• Mealtime assistance and feeding support
• Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Supporting safe, high-quality aged care outcomes

What You’ll Need
