Job summary

HealthX is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for multiple aged care contracts across Australia. These short-term contracts offer flexible 2–12 week placements, travel opportunities and consistent work across a range of facilities nationwide.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months PCA or AIN experience, Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, strong teamwork and infection-control knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCA or AIN in aged care
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
• Experience with personal care, manual handling and resident support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of infection control and aged care standards
• Full Australian working rights
• Sponsorship is not available for these PCA roles
