Murdoch University invites applications for an Administration Assistant within the Meat Science and Sheep Production Group. You will support administrative, finance, HR and day-to-day operations to help deliver research projects, maintain records and engage with researchers, students and staff.

• Experience providing general administrative support and routine financial administration.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a courteous service approach.
• Strong organisational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn university systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, documents, spreadsheets and records.
• Support research, financial and human resources administration, including purchasing, invoices, recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, events, project records, operational activities and stakeholder enquiries.
