Job summary

AKG Australia is seeking an Exercise Physiologist, or an Occupational Therapist, or a Physiotherapist to join our health services team in Queensland. This permanent part-time position offers three days per week with flexible days to support work-life balance.

You will conduct health and vocational assessments, deliver evidence-based clinical interventions, and provide group programs, workplace services, and telehealth options to help clients regain function and return to work.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and time management capabilities are essential.
• Proven ability to motivate and genuinely engage with people.
• Drivers licence, Blue Card and Police Check are required or obtainable.
• Registration with AHPRA for PT/OT/Physio or ESSA membership for EP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health and vocational assessments and deliver evidence-based clinical interventions.
• Provide individual and group interventions, workplace services, health and wellbeing seminars, and telehealth services.
• Address health and vocational barriers to increase employability and support sustained employment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and employers to improve client outcomes.
• Deliver specialist services including manual handling training, ergonomic assessments, and pre-employment screens.
