Kennards Hire in Queensland is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead our Distribution Centre transport activities, coordinating daily deliveries, pickups and movements to ensure reliable customer service. You’ll work closely with branch teams and the Transport function to optimise operations and safety.

You will coach a team of 6-8 drivers, manage rosters and timesheets, monitor performance and drive improvements in safety, utilisation and productivity while upholding Kennards’ values.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and support a team of 6-8 Drivers, fostering a positive, safety-focused culture.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily deliveries, pickups and transport movements.
• Drive compliance with safety, fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility and transport procedures.
• Manage driver rosters, timesheets, performance conversations and capability development.
• Partner with branches and operational teams to ensure clear communication and seamless transport execution.
• Support fleet readiness through vehicle maintenance coordination, compliance checks and issue escalation.
• Monitor transport performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, utilisation and productivity.
• Champion Kennards' values and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across transport operations.
