Job summary

Gill Transport Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced transport operations leader to manage Metro and Regional operations, oversee routes, drivers and service coordinators, and drive fleet planning to cut fuel and operating costs.

You will monitor KPIs and DIFOT, communicate with clients, manage workforce, ensure OHS compliance, and contribute to financial and operational reporting, data analytics and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience handling teams.
• Experience reporting directly to senior management.
• Transport KPIs and DIFOT knowledge.
• Warehouse operations experience.
