Blenners Transport is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Planner to join our workshop team at the Tully depot, with a secondary Brisbane site. This full-time role focuses on planning and coordinating fleet maintenance to keep vehicles safe, compliant and available for operations.

You will monitor schedules and costs, generate reports for management, and liaise with external service providers while supporting audits and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in fleet maintenance planning or a similar role preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule maintenance for vehicles at Tully and Brisbane workshops.
• Book repairs and services with external providers across Australia.
• Coordinate repair time frames with Operations and maintain schedules.
• Generate reports for Management and assist audits.
• Provide general service administration support.

About This Opportunity

Blenners Transport is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Maintenance Planner to join our growing workshop team, based at our Tully depot. This is a full-time role.

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating fleet maintenance activities to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational. The role monitors maintenance schedules and costs, maintains compliance and quality standards, and works closely with Operations to ensure vehicles are available and ready to meet operational deadlines.

Position Requirements

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Proactive attitude with an excellent work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
