Job summary

Sherrin Rentals is seeking a Yard Person / Vehicle Detailer to wash, detail and maintain our fleet, keep the yard tidy and safe, and assist the workshop team.

This full-time role suits someone with pride in their work, experience with vehicle cleaning, reliability, and a forklift licence (preferred). You will work in a shaded wash bay with PPE provided and opportunities to learn from mechanics.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and pride in your work.
• Experience detailing or cleaning vehicles.
• Reliability, punctuality, and positive attitude.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work.
• Forklift Licence (preferred, not essential)

Responsibilities

• Wash, detail, and maintain our fleet.
• Keep the yard clean, organised and safe.
• Move equipment, parts, and tools around the yard.
• Assist the workshop team as needed.
• Refuel units and complete minor paint touch-ups
