Job summary

Sherrin Rentals is seeking a Yard Person / Vehicle Detailer to wash, detail and maintain our fleet, keep the yard tidy and safe, and assist the workshop team.

This full-time role suits someone with pride in their work, experience with vehicle cleaning, reliability, and a forklift licence (preferred). You will work in a shaded wash bay with PPE provided and opportunities to learn from mechanics.

• Reliability, punctuality, and positive attitude.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work.
• Forklift Licence (preferred, not essential)

Yard Person / Vehicle Detailer

Keep our heavy equipment clean, organised and ready for hire.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys hands-on, physical work.

You’ll need a current driver’s licence and your own transport to commute to work.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Wash, detail, and maintain our fleet
• Keep the yard clean, organised and safe
• Move equipment, parts, and tools around the yard
• Assist the workshop team as needed
• Refuel units and complete minor paint touch-ups

What You’ll Need
