Job summary

Jetstar, part of the Qantas Group, is seeking a Fleet and Network Coordination Senior Analyst to guide the future network and fleet strategy for Australian Domestic and International markets from Docklands. You will provide analysis and recommendations for growth, deployment and long-term planning.

Work with Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Finance to develop multi-year scenarios, assess feasibility, and validate deliverability, while partnering with senior leaders across the group to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network/schedule planning or related commercial function.
• Experience with long-term planning, scenario modelling and feasibility assessments.
• Analytical and able to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Jetstar's future network and fleet strategy across markets.
• Develop five- and ten-year plans and assess fleet/operational constraints.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Finance to validate deliverability of plans.
• Connect commercial planning with operational delivery and align with senior leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled technologies to shape future network strategies.

As ourFleet and Network Coordination Senior Analyst,you'llplay a key role incoordinatingJetstar Airways' future network and fleet strategy across Australian Domestic and International markets.You will providetheanalysis and recommendations that help inform decisions on network growth, fleet deployment, operationaldeliverabilityand long-term planning.

Partnering with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Engineering,Financeand the broader Qantas Group,you'lldevelop five and ten-yearplans,supportconceptual schedule and network scenarios, assess fleet and operational constraints, and helpvalidatethe deliverability of future network plans.

Working closely with senior leaders,you'llhelpconnectcommercialplanning withoperational delivery, ensuringlong-termplans are both commerciallyinformedand operationally achievable. This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial thinking, operationalplanningand emerging AI-enabled technologies to shape the future of Jetstar.

We'researching for someone who:

• Has 5+ years' experience in network planning, scheduleplanning, strategic planning, operationalplanningor a related commercial function.


• Brings experience in schedule planning, particularly long-term planning, scenariomodellingand operational feasibility assessments, with airline scheduling experience highly regarded.


• Has strong commercial acumen and can assess profitability, customer outcomes, fleetutilisationand business trade-offs.


• Ishighly analytical and confident translating complex data and assumptions into practical insightsand recommendations.


• Can influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Engineering,Financeand executive leadership teams.


• Has experience developing business cases, strategic plans or network scenarios that inform future growth decisions.


• Brings experience with airline planning,schedulingor modelling systems, with exposure to Amadeus Sky Suite or similar tools highly regarded.


• Experience within aviation, transport,logisticsor other complex network-based industries is highly regarded.


• Is adaptable,resilientand able tooperateeffectively inadynamicenvironment with evolvingpriorities and operating conditions.


• Holds a relevant tertiary qualification in a business, commerce, economics, engineering,mathematicsor related discipline.
