Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Lead Analytics to guide the development and delivery of fleet analytics, reporting and performance insights across our Fleet function. You’ll partner with operational, technology and leadership stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights.

You’ll build an empowered analytics team, uplift capabilities, and champion modern analytics and AI tools to improve asset performance and operational efficiency while embedding an insight-led culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading analytics, BI or data management in a large organisation.
• Ability to translate insights into actions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and reporting solutions that show fleet performance and operational outcomes.
• Develop and uplift analytics capability across the team with a culture of continuous improvement.
