Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Fleet Allocator for Finished Vehicle Logistics in New South Wales. You will manage day-to-day planning for local and regional PUD deliveries, optimise use of sub-contractors and contract carriers, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will have fleet planning experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet planning, allocation or coordination within transport/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manifest the timely and efficient delivery of freight to meet DIFOT and cost targets.
• Book additional ad-hoc transport as required.
• Provide manifests and appropriate paperwork to dispatching depot.
• Liaise with depot supervisors to ensure timely loading of PUD vehicles.
• Report incidents, hazards and non-compliances and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve service/operational issues promptly.
• Ensure runs comply with driver fatigue and load restraint regulations.
• Ensure Transport Management System is updated within required timeframes.
