Job summary

Superfinish Designer Coatings in Cardiff NSW is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our flatpack manufacturing team. You will contribute to manufacture, preparation and packing of custom cabinetry, reading plans and ensuring quality throughout the process.

The successful candidate will be reliable, physically fit and able to follow detailed production instructions, with training provided for the right person to grow in the cabinet manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, assembling and preparing flatpack cabinet components.
• Reading job sheets and production plans.
• Labelling and organising cabinet components accurately.
• Using basic hand and power tools.
• Checking measurements and ensuring components meet quality standards.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• General factory duties and maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
