Job summary

The Flat Pack Kitchen Co PTY LTD – Kensington VIC is seeking a hands-on apprentice/assistant to join its growing kitchen and cabinetry manufacturing team. You will assist with CNC operation, load and unload boards, assemble components, fit hardware, and perform general factory duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinetry/joinery or kitchen manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanically minded and comfortable using tools.
• Reliable with pride in workmanship.
• Physically capable to work in a hands-on factory environment.
• Willing to learn and become part of the team.
• CNC experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and learn CNC operation.
• Load and unload board material.
