Job summary

The Flat Pack Kitchen Co PTY LTD – Kensington VIC is seeking a hands-on apprentice/assistant to join its growing kitchen and cabinetry manufacturing team. You will assist with CNC operation, load and unload boards, assemble components, fit hardware, and perform general factory duties.

Full training will be provided to the right person. Key responsibilities include learning CNC operation, handling materials, and supporting the manufacturing process while developing practical fabrication skills in

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinetry/joinery or kitchen manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanically minded and comfortable using tools.
• Reliable with pride in workmanship.
• Physically capable to work in a hands-on factory environment.
• Willing to learn and become part of the team.
• CNC experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and learn CNC operation.
