Job summary

MECCA is seeking a Flagship Trade Lead to shape campaigns and trade activity across our Flagship stores. You will work with Retail, Marketing, VM, Brands & Buying and Education to bring campaigns to life and drive commercial impact.

You will own planning, measurement and post-implementation reviews, translating insights into actions that improve future activity. A 1–2 year track record in trade or retail support within Flagship or high-volume retail is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a trade, campaign or retail support role, ideally within Flagship or high-volume retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to partner across multiple teams to deliver projects on time.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flagship in central campaign and customer activity planning with store insights.

• Support campaign planning and execution, ensuring deadlines, briefs and MPL requirements are met.

Our Flagship stores are MECCA’s largest and most dynamic trading environments, bringing together incredible brands, bespoke events, activations and experiences that are unique to the Flagship channel.

We’re looking for a Flagship Trade Lead to help shape how campaigns and trade activity come to life across our Flagship stores. Working across Retail, Marketing, VM, Brands & Buying, Services, Education and Innovation, this role will help ensure our Flagship activity is commercially impactful, brilliantly executed and continually evolving.

The Role You Could Play:

Reporting to the Flagship Trade and Services Manager, you will be the subject matter expert for campaign and trade execution across the Flagship channel. You will:

• Represent Flagship in central campaign and customer activity planning, bringing store, team and customer insights into the trade plan
• Partner cross-functionally across Retail, Marketing, CRM, VM, Brands & Buying, Education and Services to bring campaigns, events and activations to life
• Support campaign planning and execution, ensuring key deadlines, briefs and Flagship MPL requirements are delivered consistently and to a high standard
• Partner with New Concepts and Innovation to test, trial and embed new concepts and omnichannel experiences across Flagship stores
• Own campaign measurement and Post-Implementation Reviews, translating performance data and store feedback into actionable insights that improve future activity

What You Will Bring:

You are a commercially minded and collaborative retail professional who can connect the dots between strategy, campaigns and exceptional in-store execution. Ideally, you will bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a trade, campaign or retail support role, ideally within Flagship or high-volume retail
• Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics and the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience partnering across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver projects, campaigns or initiatives on time
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
