Job summary

MECCA is seeking a Flagship Trade Coordinator on a 12-month FTC to translate creative vision into exceptional in-store experiences that boost customer engagement and commercial results. You will lead flagship activations, optimize campaign spaces, and work with Creative, Retail, VM and Marketing teams to deliver standout executions across campaigns.

The role emphasizes turning data insights into action, strong organisation, and collaborative cross-functional work to continuously improve trade

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of customer behaviour.
• Experience in trade planning, campaign execution, or visual merchandising (preferred).
• A data‑led approach with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.
