Rockwear is seeking a Store Manager to lead our new flagship Sunshine Plaza store in Queensland. You will coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence in a dynamic, fashion-forward setting.

You will oversee merchandising, KPI achievement, and stock management while embodying our brand values and energy. This role offers an opportunity to shape the store’s future and elevate customer service across the brand.

• Drive sales and deliver customer excellence
• Lead our flagship Sunshine Plaza store
• Meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs; identify solutions to boost engagement and satisfaction
• Coach and mentor team to upskill product knowledge, selling techniques and service
• Execute visual merchandising directives
• Lead and manage stock control and stock performance
