Nine West is seeking a Concession Manager for Myer Southland on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will oversee operations, sales growth, team management and ensure 5-star customer service across the concession.

Ideal candidate brings retail experience, especially in fashion, with a proven ability to lead, coach and drive KPIs while promoting the Nine West brand and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Provide genuine, personalised service.
