You will perform end-of-day or end-of-shift deep cleaning of bakery production areas, kitchen equipment, and retail/staff spaces, ensuring high hygiene standards and readiness for the next day’s operations.

Competenze

• Previous professional cleaning experience is essential, preferably in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
• Strong understanding of cleaning, sanitisation and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and follow checklists.
