Qualifications

• Previous barista experience with commercial espresso machine.
• Knowledge of espresso coffee preparation and milk texturing.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Positive, friendly attitude and reliability.
• Strong time-management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist across café operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
• Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Taking customer orders and processing payments through the POS system.
• Assisting with general café duties and basic food preparation.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Restocking supplies and keeping the café clean, organised and presentable.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
