National Water Carts is seeking a hands-on team member to join our Melbourne workshop. You will assist in assembling water cart bodies, modular units and small trailers, using a range of power tools and hand tools.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, physical fitness and a proactive attitude. Forklift licence is preferable and experience with assembling 3'' pipes is ideal. Ongoing training and a stable full-time position are offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in hands-on work.
• Previous experience using power tools.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• A good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Forklift licence is preferable.
• Previous experience in assembling 3'' pipes and parts is ideal.

We are a dynamic and growing manufacturing business specializing in building water cart skids and stand‑alone slip‑on units, small tanker trailers . Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality, practical solutions to meet the needs of clients across a variety of industries.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our team. This hands‑on role involves working in our water cart, and pump assembly area. You'll assist in assembling equipment, handling materials, and supporting general workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and construction of water cart bodies and modular units , small trailers .Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools . Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in hands‑on work Previous experience using power tools Physically fit and capable of manual labour A good attitude and willingness to learn
