Job summary

Programmed / PERSOLKELLY is seeking experienced Fitters with Confined Space tickets for a shutdown assignment in the Penrith / St Marys area, commencing 7 September for three weeks. The role is day shift, 7am to 3:30pm with possible overtime.

To be successful you will hold a Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or a Certificate of Proficiency in Fitting & Machining, and possess confined space or working safely at height tickets, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or Certificate of Proficiency in Fitting & Machining.
• Maintenance skills including preventative, predictive and corrective tasks.
• Confined Space or Working safely at height tickets required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance during shutdowns.
• Modify, commission, test, fault find and diagnose mechanical systems.
• Display safety leadership and effective teamwork on site.
