Job summary

LED Community Leisure Ltd. is seeking a passionate Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to support members on their health and wellbeing journey at The Cranford Club. You will help with gym inductions, tailor fitness plans, and deliver group classes where qualified, in a welcoming, safe environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, inclusivity, and supporting people of all ages to reach their goals with professional conduct and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive and approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Calm, professional response to incidents or emergencies.
• Group Exercise or additional fitness qualifications.
• Experience working within a leisure, fitness or community setting.

Responsibilities

• Support members on the gym floor, ensuring they feel confident and safe while exercising.
• Deliver gym inductions, programme reviews and tailored fitness plans.
• Motivating and encouraging people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive fitness environment.
• Building positive relationships with members and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with membership enquiries, tours and member engagement activities.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Delivering group exercise classes where qualified.
