Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara seeks a proactive Fitness & Recreation Officer to lead group fitness, PT sessions, and recreation programs for our resident community.

You'll bring a fitness qualification, First Aid/CPR, and strong customer service skills, plus the ability to engage diverse participants and support wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic administration and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group fitness sessions and personal training.
• Assist with planning and coordinating social sport and recreation activities.
• Welcome and support Recreation Centre members.
• Manage memberships, attendance records and reporting.
• Promote fitness classes and recreation programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional facility.
• Assist with community events and wellbeing initiatives.
