Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Tourist Information Centre Coordinator to join the Guest Activities team, living onsite at Yulara, NT. You’ll be the front line for guests seeking tours, transport and local insights, delivering exceptional service with cultural sensitivity.

Key duties include operating the information centre, coordinating bookings, promoting the Red Centre, and supporting the team with admin tasks. Relocation may be offered and on-site facilities provided.

We are seeking an experienced tour information coordinator who is passionate about culture and environment to join our Guest Activities team. This role you will be the face of our Tourist Information Centre, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, offering valuable insights to help our guests make the most of their Red Centre adventure. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for tourism and hospitality.
