Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes at our West Ryde facility. You’ll create a welcoming, supportive environment for participants and ensure safety and progress tracking across sessions.

We welcome applicants who are passionate about helping others, with a relevant fitness qualification, CPR/First Aid, and clearance checks. Competitive pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Group fitness qualification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification, Working with Children check, and police check may be required.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong skills with a genuine passion for helping others:

• Relevant group fitness qualification
• Ability to engage and motivate a wide range of participants
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, encouraging, and supportive approach
• Strong organisation and reliability
• CPR/First Aid certification, working with children check and you will be required to undergo a police check
