Job summary

Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer at Albany Creek Leisure Centre in Queensland to coach B-Active Functional Training Classes and assist with gym floor operations. The role focuses on member engagement and ensuring high-quality coaching experiences.

Essential qualifications include Certificate IV in Fitness; Certificate III in Fitness preferred. Group fitness experience (Les Mills, spin, aqua, reformer) is an added bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate IV in Fitness (essential).
• Certificate III in Fitness preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills required.

The Role

We are seeking a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer to coach our B-Active Functional Training Classes and assist with gym floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching B-Active Functional Training Classes
• Supervising gym floor shifts
• Member engagement and relationship building
• Technique correction and exercise coaching
• Conducting beginner inductions for new members
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment
• Supporting members to achieve their fitness goals

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Fitness (essential)
• Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and member success

Bonus Qualifications & Experience:

• Group fitness instruction experience
• Les Mills qualifications
• Cycle/Spin instruction
• Zumba
• Aqua Fitness
• Reformer Pilates
• Other group fitness certifications

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
