Job summary

1300 Apprentice is seeking a motivated first-year apprentice for a Certificate III Automotive Underbody Technology at our Miranda workshop in Southern Sydney. You’ll gain hands-on experience in welding, metal fabrication, and repairs on trailers, caravans, and towable vehicles while completing formal TAFE studies.

You'll work with experienced tradespeople, participate in a range of projects, and develop practical trade skills under supervision.

First Year Certificate III in Automotive Underbody Technology

Location: Miranda, Southern Sydney | Certificate III Automotive Underbody Technology

Are you hands-on, reliable and keen to learn a skilled trade? Our client, a well-established trailer and caravan repair specialist based in Miranda, is looking for enthusiastic apprentices to join their team and commence a Certificate III Automotive - Underbody Technology apprenticeship.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in welding, metal fabrication, vehicle repairs and custom manufacturing while learning from experienced tradespeople.

You’ll work on a diverse range of projects, including caravans, boat trailers, box trailers, horse floats, camper trailers and other towable vehicles. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to larger and custom projects for government departments and first responder organisations.

With a combination of on-the-job training and formal TAFE studies, you'll gain the skills and experience needed to build a rewarding career.
