As a First Nations Wellness Facilitator, you will play a kay role in creating a culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where individuals feel empowered to strengthen connections to identity, culture, and community. You will work collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, while also working with non-indigenous people, to help design and implement strategies that enhance culturally responsive service delivery.
Open Minds has delivered mental health services across NSW and QLD for over 114 years, including headspace centres, Medicare Mental Health Centres, universal aftercare, psychosocial programs, and clinical care coordination.
