Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a First Nations Program Delivery Manager in the Consumer division to lead the Enterprise First Nations Customer Plan and RAP commitments. You will collaborate with Mob@BEN, RAP Working Group, and community partners to design learning that is culturally safe and practically applied across frontline teams nationwide.

The role focuses on embedding behavioural and systemic change, driving risk governance, and ensuring inclusive, culturally informed banking experiences for

Qualifications

• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples or organisations.
• Delivery of complex programs from planning to embedment.
• Ability to collaborate with First Nations education providers for co-design.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the First Nations Customer Plan and RAP actions.
• Co-design learning pathways with First Nations providers and frontline teams.
• Champion financial inclusion and dismantle barriers for First Nations customers.
• Uphold cultural safety and manage cultural load for First Nations staff.
• Embed sustainability, capability uplift, and coaching for leaders.
