Bendigo Bank seeks a First Nations Program Delivery Manager in Australia to lead the Enterprise First Nations Customer Plan and RAP actions across Consumer. You will partner with Mob@BEN, RAP Working Group, and community providers to design practical, culturally safe learning and change initiatives nationwide.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities, or organisations.
• Track record of delivering complex programs from planning to embedment.
• Genuine co-design approach with cultural authority awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the First Nations Customer Plan and RAP actions.
• Co-design learning pathways with First Nations education providers.
• Champion financial inclusion and remove barriers for First Nations customers.
• Foster authentic relationships with Mob@BEN, employees and community partners.
• Coach leaders to embed cultural capability and sustainable change.
• Navigate risk management and compliance within Bank frameworks.
• Advocate for inclusive processes and reduce cultural load.
