The Australian Government, through the Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA), seeks a First Nations Culture Assurance & Capability Lead to strengthen cultural safety, reconciliation and inclusion across the organisation. You will provide specialist advice, workforce insights and capability support, partnering with First Nations employees and RAP owners to implement reconciliation commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in applying cultural safety principles in workplace settings.
• Ability to analyse workforce information and feedback for improvement.
• Proven capability to work with diverse employee networks and leaders.

Aufgaben

• Provide culturally informed, evidence-based advice to leaders on cultural safety, reconciliation and inclusion.
• Coordinate RAP commitments, prepare executive reports and guidance for governance forums.
• Co-design resources and learning to embed inclusive leadership and decision-making practices.
• Engage First Nations employees and networks to capture input and reflect it in workforce decisions.
