Job summary

The Centre for U is seeking an energetic First Aid Trainer and Assessor to deliver practical, engaging first aid and CPR training to learners across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will run hands-on courses such as HLTAID009 and HLTAID011 and assess learners fairly, keeping clear records in our online LMS.

This role involves occasional travel to regional locations and requires a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, current first aid/CPR competencies, and a valid Working with

Qualifications

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent credential accepted under the Standards for RTOs 2025)
• Current first aid and CPR competencies, at least to the level you'll be delivering
• First aid or emergency response experience, for example paramedic, nursing, ambulance, defence or workplace first aid
• A commitment to keeping your skills current through professional development
• Confidence with online systems and a sharp eye for detail
• A current driver's licence
• Working with Children Check

Responsibilities
