Drafting Solutions is a South Australian drafting company delivering shop drawings, services coordination and BIM expertise to the building and construction industry Australia-wide. They’re seeking a Fire Services Modeller to join their developing department, focusing on Dry Fire and major commercial projects.

You will work from the Mile End office using Autodesk Revit to produce accurate 3D models and shop drawings, coordinating services with other trades and liaising with clients to ensure

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in building services drafting or modelling.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; strong 3D services coordination and shop drawings.
• Experience in fire services modelling, ideally Dry Fire.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Produce accurate 3D models and shop drawings in Revit across Dry Fire services.

The Opportunity

Drafting Solutions is a proudly South Australian drafting company delivering shop drawings, services coordination and BIM expertise to the building and construction industry Australia-wide. With major projects including the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Adelaide Oval, their work contributes to some of the country's most significant developments.

As the business continues to grow, an opportunity is available for a Fire Services Modeller to join its new and developing department, working across major commercial projects with a focus on Dry Fire.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your drafting work, collaborate with clients and coordinate services with other trades and builders. You will also play a part in shaping the department's processes, drawing standards and systems as it continues to evolve, with support from an experienced Operations Manager and fellow drafters.

The Role

Working from the Mile End office, you will utilise Autodesk Revit to produce accurate, high-quality shop drawings across multiple projects. You will work closely with clients, interpreting markups and coordinating services to ensure documentation meets project requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing accurate 3D models and shop drawings in Revit, primarily across Dry Fire services
• Interpreting client markups and coordinating services with other trades and builders
• Managing multiple projects, maintaining drawing quality and meeting deadlines
• Liaising with clients to provide project updates and ensure documentation meets requirements
• Contributing to the improvement of drafting systems, standards and processes

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in building services drafting or modelling

• Excellent attention to detail, technical problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality
• The ability to manage competing priorities, interpret technical information and communicate effectively with clients
