Morson Edge Recruitment is partnering with a close-knit fire protection team to recruit an experienced Fire Pump Technician to service, maintain, repair and test diesel and electric pump sets across Sydney sites. This hands‑on, field‑based role reports to the Service Manager and offers growth opportunities within a developing wet fire services division.

Ideal for someone with industry experience who is looking to advance their career, you will work across schools, strata and commercial sites,

Competenze

• Sprinkler Fitter qualification or Plumbing Licence is required.
• Experience in the fire protection industry is essential.
• Strong hands‑on experience with fire pumps is required.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of work.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical ability.

Mansioni

• Service, repair, and maintenance of electric and diesel fire pumps.
• Carry out sprinkler and hydrant flow testing.
• Monthly and annual testing programs.
• Fault finding, repairs, and overhauls.
• Oil, valve, and filter changes.
• General wet system works (minor works as required).
• 5‑yearly pump set servicing.
• 5‑yearly overhauls of landing valves and sprinkler alarm valves.

Morson Edge Recruitment is partnering with a close-knit fire protection team seeking an experienced Fire Pump Technician to service, maintain, repair, and test diesel and electric pump sets across Sydney sites - This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role working across schools, strata, and commercial sites, reporting directly to the Service Manager whilst working autonomously. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to step in and play a key role in growing and shaping the wet fire services division of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintenance of electric and diesel fire pumps
