Job summary

Base Fire Protection Pty Ltd – Padstow NSW is seeking a organised Project Manager Assistant - Fire Protection to support our projects team on a permanent basis. You will provide administrative and project support from commencement to completion, assisting with quotations, variations and cost tracking.

Key responsibilities include coordinating documentation, submissions and handover manuals, supporting procurement, scheduling, meetings and reporting, and liaising with clients, consultants,

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive team player with construction/project administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

MSS Base Fire Protection is one of Sydney’s Leading Fire Protection companies and have been providing Design and Construct Fire Services for over 20 years.

Due to ongoing and growing demandwe now have a great opportunity available to employ an organised and motivated Project Manager Assistant - Fire Protection on a permanent basis to support our projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative and project support to the Project Manager from commencement to completion.

· Assist with quotations, variations, pricing, progress claims, invoicing and cost tracking.

· Coordinate project documentation, submissions, handover manuals, registers and document control.

· Support procurement, scheduling, meetings, reporting and coordination of materials and equipment.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

Experience required:

· Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.

· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.

· Proactive team player with relevant construction/project administration experience highly regarded.
