Job summary

Jensen Hughes in Brisbane is seeking a Fire Protection Graduate to join our Fire Protection team. You will contribute to diverse fire safety engineering projects from inception to completion and collaborate with clients to craft robust safety solutions.

You will engage in site inspections, report preparation, and opportunities to grow our brand through networking with clients and industry partners. An engineering degree and practical fire safety experience are valued as you begin your career.

Qualifications

• Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in a Fire Engineering or Fire Safety Compliance role.
• Experience in networking and client management.
• Willing to think outside the box and collaborate with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and leadership on fire safety engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with Building Code and standards.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to work through solutions.
• Participate in site and final inspections.
• Assist in preparing reports to help clients make informed safety decisions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Fire Protection Graduate to join our Fire Protection team in Brisbane, to help up find solutions to make the world a safer place. As a Fire Protection Graduate, you will be involved in some of the industry’s most exciting projects but also have the opportunity to develop your career within an industry leading engineering consultancy.
