Jensen Hughes Brisbane is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to join our Fire Engineering team. You will contribute to fire safety projects across a broad range of assignments and collaborate with clients, engineers and stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.

The role offers opportunities to participate in inspections, prepare insightful reports, and help grow the brand through networking with key clients in the region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide input and leadership on fire safety engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with Building Code and Standards.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to join our Fire Engineering team in Brisbane, to help up find solutions to make the world a safer place. As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will be involved in some of the industry’s most exciting projects but also have the opportunity to develop your career within an industry leading engineering consultancy.

In this role, you will work across a huge range of different activities:

• Provide key input and leadership on fire safety engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all relevant Building Code and Standards.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Must be a Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or other related engineering discipline.

• Previous experience in a Fire Engineering or Fire Safety Compliance role.

• Experience in networking and client management.

• Willing to think outside the box to help our clients and want to collaborate with the industries best.
