Qualifications

• Demonstrated carpentry/related trades experience with verifiable records.
• Experience installing/maintaining fire-rated doors and passive fire systems.
• Ability to read plans and follow technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation, repair and replacement of fire-rated doors and doorSets.
• Carry out fire door inspections, adjustments, maintenance and rectification.
• Install and rectify passive fire penetrations and sealings.
