Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking a Fire Design Engineer in Newmarket, Brisbane to lead fire protection design across diverse Queensland projects. You will design wet and dry fire systems, produce drawings, and ensure NCC and Australian standards compliance while coordinating with project teams.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fire services design, AutoCAD and Revit proficiency, and strong stakeholder management to drive successful project delivery. A QBCC licence is preferred with company support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Protection Design or Fire Services Design.
• Knowledge of wet fire and dry fire systems.
• AutoCAD design experience.

• Understanding of Australian fire protection standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

The Opportunity

As a Fire Design Engineer, you will take ownership of the design and coordination of fire protection systems across a range of projects throughout Queensland.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and clients to deliver compliant, practical and cost-effective fire protection solutions.

Essential Requirement

• Hold a current QBCC Licence, or
