Job summary

Cooinda Search is seeking an Electrical Fire Alarm Technician to service and maintain fire detection and alarm systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites in WA. You will work within an experienced field team, offering autonomy with strong technical support and a focus on safety and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a current Electrical A Grade licence, WA white card, and rights to work in Australia, with experience across fixed fire detection systems and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Experience servicing fixed fire detection and alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
• Electrical A Grade licence and Extinguisher Handling Licence well regarded.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team delivery outcomes.
• Reliable approach to safety, workmanship and client service.
• Current WA driver's licence and construction white card.
• Full, unrestricted and ongoing Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, inspection and testing of fire detection and alarm systems.
• Fault finding, repairs and minor works installation.
• Programming and commissioning support where required.
• Completion of service documentation and reporting.
• Maintaining effective working relationships across client sites.
• Contributing to efficient delivery of scheduled service programmes.
