Job summary

Fire Service Plus is seeking a Fire Alarm Electrician on a full-time basis to install, replace and diagnose smoke and heat alarms, emergency lighting, and dry fire system servicing. You will perform fault finding and preventative maintenance across a large Illawarra-area portfolio.

Roles require travel, staying away when needed, and liaising professionally with customers. Candidates must hold Electrical and Cabling Licences, NSW Driver Licence, Working at Heights, White Card, Police Check, and

Qualifications

• Electrical Licence and Cabling Licence required.
• NSW Driver Licence required.
• EWP/Working at Heights Licence required.
• Construction/White Card and police checks required.
• Working With Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace & diagnose smoke and heat alarms, emergency lighting, and fault finding and repair of dry fire systems.
• Provide general servicing and preventative maintenance for fire protection systems.
• Deliver servicing and maintenance across the Illawarra region as part of a team and autonomously when needed.
