Job summary

Parity Consulting is hiring a Customer Retention Marketing Specialist in Sydney for a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid with one day remote. You will own retention and engagement strategy across our multi-product fintech platform and personally execute using Braze, collaborating with Product, Data and Compliance teams to reduce churn and grow CLV.

You will build lifecycle canvases, test campaigns, and lead cross-sell initiatives, while ensuring compliant, high-quality customer communications

Qualifications

• Hands-on Braze end-to-end campaign management (build, test, launch).
• Proven ability to lift acquisition and retention metrics via CRM campaigns.
• Experience in fintech/wealth management with regulatory marketing awareness.
• Ability to translate churn, lifetime value, and engagement data into priorities.
• Strong copywriting for email, in-app messages, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end retention and engagement strategy across the full product suite, reducing churn and growing CLV.
• Build, test, and optimise Braze canvases, journeys, and automations to reflect brand experience.
• Design cross-sell campaigns to drive multi-product adoption and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Data to create segmentation and personas for targeted campaigns.
• Own content end-to-end, including weekly newsletters and market updates, with regulatory review.
