Job summary

HUB24 Limited, a leading Australian fintech, seeks a Technical Compliance Analyst to join the Technical Services team in Sydney. You will ensure Class software complies with tax and superannuation legislation and ATO specs, supporting accurate financial reporting and lodgements.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage compliance processes, resolve complex client issues, and contribute to product development and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance, information systems or law.
• Experience in CA/CPA firm, fund administration or similar (minimum 3 years).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely software compliance.
• Maintain compliance calendars and share updates across teams.
• Collaborate on product requirements, workflow design and releases sign-off.
• Resolve complex client escalations and act as SME for compliance topics.
• Conduct legal/tax/compliance research and prepare regulatory submissions.
• Deliver training, maintain user guides, and support data governance.
• Oversee SuperStream processes and liaise with fund managers on issues.
• Perform QA on tax statement automation and assist with data analysis via SQL/APIs.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects involving data testing and automation.
