Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with fit-out and finishes expertise for a major commercial project in Perth. You will coordinate internal fit-out packages, manage subcontractors and trades, and drive high-quality finishes to program milestones.

Ideal candidates have proven supervisory experience on medium to large-scale commercial developments, with a solid focus on safety, quality and construction scheduling, and strong leadership to liaise with Site Managers and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor or Finishes Supervisor on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong background in commercial fit-out, internal finishes and trade coordination.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of site safety, quality and construction programming.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fit-out and finishing stages on a major commercial project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and daily site activities.
• Manage programme, quality, safety and project milestones.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and high quality finishes.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
• Drive successful delivery of internal fit-out and finishes packages.
