Job summary

6 Head is seeking Full Time Food & Beverage Attendants (Lounge Runners) for our First-Class Lounge Team in Sydney International Airport. You will deliver memorable service to Qantas Lounge guests, clear tables, and support barista and bar duties as needed.

Ideal candidates are flexible for AM/PM shifts including weekends, possess RSA certification, and have prior hospitality experience. You’ll display excellent communication, grooming, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and strive for total customer satisfaction.
• Initiative to ensure positive, intuitive and efficient customer interactions.
• RSA Certification is mandatory.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Confident liaison with internal and external clients.
• High grooming and personal presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable service experiences for Qantas Lounge guests.
• Clear tables and maintain clean service areas; a la carte service.
• Serve beverages efficiently; assist with barista/bar as needed.
• Balance and carry trays with multiple items; ensure safety and speed.
• Collaborate with front-of-house, culinary and stores teams.
• Maintain hygiene standards and promote WHS practices.
