Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is hiring a Bar Attendant for Qantas Lounges by Accor in Sydney. You will deliver premium beverage service, craft coffees, wines, beers, and cocktails, and ensure warm, professional guest experiences in a premium airport lounge.

You’ll monitor stock, maintain a clean bar, adhere to RSA and food safety standards, and work with kitchen and front-of-house teams. A current RSA certificate and full working rights in Australia are required; barista skills and

Qualifications

• Experience in bar, café, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
• RSA certificate is required; barista and cocktail knowledge are highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, beverages, cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to lounge guests.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Adhere to RSA, food safety and WHS standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
